Our Process

At JMC Industries Ltd. we have a detailed process to make sure your project stays on time and on budget. Below is our process and what you can expect in each step.

Initial Meeting

Our first step is to setup an initial client meeting about your project. From here we will document your project performance requirements.

CREATE BUDGET AND SCOPE

Next we will create the scope, set deliverables and provide the contract. This will include Engineering labour costs, Material costs, Timelines, Deliverables (listed) and Terms and conditions.

Collect Data

Next we will begin collecting data and begin work on your project.

Deliverables

Here we will begin drafting and reviewing deliverables. Specifically, we will be creating deliverables Issued for Review (IFR) pre-construction and Issued for Construction (IFC).

Management

Next we will begin work with contract labour / internal resources and begin installing new systems.

Final Review

After all work is done we will do a final review and finalize the project. Here we can talk about additional work out of our current scope.
